Order

To place an order for products, fill out the form on the order summary page, then press the “Place Order” button. Orders may also be placed by phone call or text message.

Please take note that by listing any product on our website, we are in no way making you a purchase offer. Your reply serves as the offer. As a result, we are not obligated to offer you any goods that may be quoted at a lower price than what we intended.

Order acceptance

Shortly after we receive your offer to purchase, we will email you to let you know that we have accepted it. At that moment, these terms and conditions will become a legally binding contract between us. If for any reason we are unable to accept your order, the product’s price has increased between the time of your order and the time we accept it (or if an additional delivery charge is required), we will email you to let you know about the change.

Delivery 

After accepting your purchase, we make every attempt to deliver all items within the delivery area within 3 working days. The delivery period may be prolonged in the event of an unforeseen incident, and we will contact you by phone or email to let you know.

We require all payments in cash upon delivery of the products for standard shipping. There are no additional fees.

Warranties

All of the products we sell are covered by our warranty section. We urge our consumers to return any items that they find to be subpar. We will cover the shipping costs in addition to offering a complete refund.
